More Good News For Obama, But a Word of Caution in Louisiana7/3/08
Aside from being behind in Louisiana, check out the Montana poll by Rasmussen Reports. They have Obama ahead by 5% in a state that George Bush almost had 60%. Wow... And in Connecticut, it is clear that Obama has widened his lead over McCain as compared to previously reported poll results. We have Montana listed as a "Pro-McCain" state on the left-hand column of our website but we are going to have to seriously take a long hard look at that and report it the right way! McCain still holds a large lead in Louisiana and Obama has just a 36% favorable rating among white voters. And it is being reported that Obama should not campaign in the state for Mary Landrieu because he would HURT the prospects for her to get elected for the US Senate. Not really sure how accurate that is though but thought I would add that here for completeness.
