» Commentary by Kris Lazaro (registered Democrat)

The wind of optimism is now blowing strong in America. With the start of the Barack Obama administration, Americans are starting to regain their confidence in their country again.

In a recent Rasmussen Reports telephone survey, 27% now feel that the country is heading in the right direction--this is up from just 21%, a time just before Obama's inauguration.

As more and more peope start believing that the future is improving, so it shall be. Peoples' behaviors will start improving and their actions will help those around them, thereby influencing the future positively. Call it a positive self-fulfilling prophecy.

Let optimism continue, and prosperity shall soon follow.
